DELIVERY ISSUES
MISSED DELIVERY
If the carrier can't deliver your package and you're not home, they'll leave a note with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange redelivery.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We're not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are reported as lost or stolen. However, we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
DELAYED DELIVERIES
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at notifier@cjanice.xyz and we'll investigate with the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
