RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Cjanice's! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items without tags
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

HOW TO RETURN
STEP 1: INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address. You'll receive a return authorization and shipping label.

STEP 2: PACK YOUR ITEMS

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging. Make sure all tags are attached and items are unworn and unwashed.

STEP 3: SHIP YOUR RETURN

UK Returns: Returns are free! Use the prepaid label provided in your return authorization.

International Returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

STEP 4: TRACK YOUR RETURN

Once your return is in transit, you can track it through your Returns Portal account. We'll send you an email confirmation once we receive and process your return.

EXCHANGES

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
